This is Danny, our Head Chef and the mad professor of the kitchen. Always experimenting, always tweaking, always pushing to make things better. If there’s something new and delicious hitting your table, chances are Danny’s behind it.

He’s been a huge part of what Lennox Pizza Bar & Kitchen has become today. Never settling. Always challenging himself, not just in the kitchen, but personally too. You’ll find him training hard, keeping sharp, and bringing that same discipline to every service.

Sure… he might be a little jumpy at times and easily scared 😱 (boo!) but when the pressure’s on, he’s cool, calm and smooth as ever.
